Refund Policy
1. Return Process
A return occurs when the customer sends back a purchased product, either because it did not meet expectations or due to defects. This applies in cases of Purchase Withdrawal or Product Damage.
In both scenarios, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
2. Return Requests
For products sold and shipped by Central Beauty, return requests can be made directly by emailing support@bycentralbeauty.com.
3. Right of Withdrawal

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

The return can be shipped via postal service or collected at the customer’s address (when available), within 7 days of receipt.

All items, including any free gifts, must be returned.

After 7 days from delivery, the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.
4. Defective or Damaged Products

For defective products, the time limit varies: up to 30 days for non-durable goods and 90 days for durable goods.

All products and free gifts must be returned.

A technical inspection will be carried out to confirm reported defects.

Technical analysis may take up to 3 weeks after the package arrives at our Distribution Center.
5. Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

For bank transfer or PIX payments, banking details will be required.
Processing times after technical analysis:

Credit Card: Refund processed within up to 2 billing cycles.

Bank Transfer (Boleto): Refund within 10 business days.

PIX: Refund within 2 business days.
6. General Provisions
Refunds will NOT be approved in the following cases:

The customer did not receive the product after 3 delivery attempts by the carrier.

The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

The product is not returned in the same condition it was shipped, properly sealed, and without signs of use.

The customer refuses to return the product to the designated Distribution Center.

The customer requests a refund for customs fees or taxes.

The customer requests a refund before receiving the product.
Refunds WILL be approved in the following cases:

A logistical error, loss, or theft occurred during delivery.

The customer returns the product in perfect condition, sealed, and within 7 days of receipt.
